The rates are as follows:-- Vai Villas Beachfront - NZ$ 275.00 per night (based on 2 persons) - additional person cost $45.00.
- Vai Villas 3 bedroom Oceanview - NZ$ 375.00 per night (based on 2 persons) - additional person cost (maximum 8 persons) $45.00 per adult, $25 child 3-12 years.

Stays based on minimum 3 night stay
Units are serviced every 3 days.
Meet/Greet Private Car return airport transfers available at NZ$35.00 per
person
Price includes fruit basket upon arrival.
Venue Rates
Venue Rates are as follows:- NZ$1,200.00 - includes both Villas for 3 nights and use for private function.

Cupboard Stocking
We can stock your cupboard for you if you require. Send a list of what you will need and we will send you a cost sheet itemizing all the costs. Our charge for this is NZ$50.00.Booking Confirmation

All rates at Vai Villas include 12.5% Value Added Tax (VAT).CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be acknowledged by email/fax from Vai Villas. Cancellation fees for all reservations are as follows: more than 45 days prior to expected arrival date: no fee- between 45 and 31 days of expected arrival date: 25% of booking
- between 30 and 15 days of expected arrival date: 50% of booking
- within 14 days of expected arrival, or no show: full payment, less any nights resold
